mixed feelings about my stay

rude staff substandard cleaning

I found the front desk staff to be quite unhelpful. they were unwilling to accommodate a simple request for complimentary airport transfer, even after i spent seven nights there. some staff members were rude. One even told me, "do not come back". the cleaning service also fell short of expectations for a hotel claiming a high standard. Something was always missing after they cleaned my room.

I appreciated the beautiful hotel and the staff that goes the extra mile. I wish there were more vegetarian options available at all locations. The room service was pretty good, and i loved being able to get food at all hours. I enjoyed the wide variety of options. The staff were always really good.

the location is perfect and the beach is fine. It may not compare to other beaches in places like negril, but it is decent. The hotel provides a strategic spot to visit the town center and attractions.

the hotel entertainment is good, especially the Jamaican culture show. i found several activities to enjoy every night, and the drinks were very good. The pools and general infrastructure of the resort is commendable and well maintained

mixed experience at the resort

the breakfast offered a suitable variety of choices.

Check-in took an unreasonable amount of time. It lasted one hour and thirty minutes. the food at one restaurant tasted horrible. a further restaurant also failed to impress with its food quality.
